Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24hrs to 48hrs with providing a valid reason. The cancellation will be decided upon the reason.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 48ghrs from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 - 14 Business days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Incase a prior cancellation is requested before dispatching the product, The Cancellation and Refund will be decided upon the reason.

NOTE: 

1: If a cancellation is requested before the order dispatch, according to the reason of cancellation we will charge cancellation fee as per our policy. 

2: If a cancellation is requested after the order dispatch, order cancellation cannot be accepted

3: If a refund for order is requested, as per the process, we usually take 5 - 10 Business days to be processed. If any disputes occur during this time, the dispute is to be Bourne by the customer. 

4: The refund during a dispute is not acceptable/possible.

5: A dispute fee will be charge incase any Fake dispute raised by the customer.
